It started as a necessity but has grown into a passion…
Belle & Wilde was founded by mum and her daughter who wanted to find really good bread – but without gluten, wheat or preservatives!
They decided the only way to find anything that tasted great was to make it themselves. And they have done just that – developed a truly unique product which tastes great and that everyone can enjoy.
From their small bespoke bakery in the Sussex countryside they are baking deliciously different artisan breads all made with speciality gluten-and wheat-free flours, naturally fresh ingredients and absolutely no sugar or preservatives.
And they don’t only make bread. They are always developing new gluten-free recipes that actually taste great. Sticking to their principles of natural, good quality, gluten-and wheat- free ingredients, Belle & Wilde now have a range of products for you to try. From little Toasts for dips, canapés and cheese to their newly launched range of Sweet Things featuring fantastic vegan cakes and oat bars. They also happen to make the most indulgent Belgian Chocolate Brownie – really fantastic!
The products are so good that you simply wouldn’t know they contain no wheat or gluten!
But don’t assume you won’t like their products if you are a wheat lover. They really are for EVERYONE – just give them a try.
World Bread Awards 2019
Belle & Wilde are extremely proud to have been awarded a Silver medal for their Super Seedy Loaf in the World Bread Awards in October 2019. After less than a year in business this was a great achievement.
